The main parking lot for Coot Lake is located at:
6247 N 63rd St, Longmont, CO 80503
Parking spaces here are limited.
If the lot is full, there is a larger parking area across N 63rd Street, near tennis courts and outdoor basketball courts, which provides a convenient alternative.


Trail Description
The Coot Lake Trail is mostly flat and very easy to walk, making it suitable for casual walks, birdwatching, and relaxed outdoor time.
The loop follows the shoreline and wetland areas, offering peaceful scenery throughout the walk.
